THURSDAY NIGHT SINGLES
- It’s back and it’s week 1 on the 10th of September – Thursday night singles 6.40p.m. –
each player has 3 games of 7 ends against 3 different opponents - Currently 18 players all playing each other before splitting into leagues in week 7
- Pools, of £1 per week £27 in total per player and B and A finals nights based on total
points scored – - 12 points down to 1 pt in weeks 1-6 then 10 down to 2 in leagues of 9 – promotion
relegation after 9 weeks 3 up amd 3 down. - Top 8 points scorers across all games will play in A final – the rest will play B Finals
night - We need reserves who can pick up points in weeks 1-6 then be included from week
7 when leagues form. - Tied scores after 7 ends result in ONE WOOD BOWL OFF
- It’s fast it’s exciting – no live woods (chalkers) in the ditch – Jack starts on the 2 spot
and if it goes off rink it is placed back on the 2 spot - Have you got what it takes – do you want to sharpen your game – do you want to
