Casual Roll-Ups
In addition to the weekly league matches, Hornsea Indoor Bowls Club offers numerous opportunities for the casual bowler to have friendly roll-up. During winter months rinks are available for booking every weekday morning from 9am – 10.30am and during the late afternoon from 4.30pm – 7pm.On Fridays rinks are clear of matches most Fridays from 12.30pm and every Sunday morning.
Rinks may be available at other times due to cancelled matches or BYEs during league slots.
During summer the club closes on some afternoons but please see Opening Times link on the Home page for details.
On Tuesday afternoons the club holds an all-comers bowls drive at 2.30pm – everyone is welcome.Pay your normal rink fee and have two hours bowling with different people in different team positions. It’s a great way to get experience whilst having a bit of fun!
On Saturday mornings the club offers a Breakfast Brunch and Roll Up special deal – two hours of informal bowling with free refills of tea and coffee and either a sausage or bacon butty afterwards. Arrive by 9.30am to place your food and drink orders before joining the fun.
Non-members/visitors can book rinks by calling the club on 01964 537776. Hire of bowls shoes and bowls (plus bowling arms or wheelchairs if required) is included in the rink fees of £6 for two hours for adults (£2 for children).
